Awesome purse! I have even gotten complements from my co-workers.Love the leather and color. Better than what I was expecting.Good value for moneyThis is my absolute favorite purse! I love the structure and feel of the materials. It is beautifully designed and pairs perfectly with everything. The pockets, straps, and zipper are quality. I had only owned it a few months when the strap on one side gave way. (I may have weighed it down too much.) When I looked closely I noticed that the two caps that attach to the end of the screws were missing. I think it might be fixable if the company would send me more caps? I'd like to recommend the purse to friends and possibly order another. Thank you! (I attached pictures of the missing screw caps, the screws, and the other side where the caps are fastened properly). I would really appreciate it if customer service from the maker of this product would contact me. UPDATE : Almost a year later from when I posted this initial review, the company contacted me and sent me the screws! Couldn't be happier!! (So glad I kept the purse). I just ordered a HESHE backpack purse that I also love!! I get compliments on the handbag and backpack purse almost every time I use them. Quality and fashion. Love HESHE products! So I looked online to see how to get the crease out. So I took a pillowcase and a ironed and I earned over the crease and it came out. There is still a few dents in the purse but it is okay. So I kept the purse. I would buy another one if it would come not with a crease or any kind of damage.I have been carrying this handbag since March (it is the end of August), and I have not been gentle. This handbag has held up beautifully. The color is more tan than yellow, and it is a perfect neutral. I can carry my laptop (11.6 inch), my phone and everything else I want to take with me every day. I didn't care for the main strap, because it was too short for my preference; I cut it off, and only use the shoulder strap that came with the bag. I just took a quick pic of the bag for your reference, and I have to say it is a great bag for every day.looks good and trendy.Buy This ! I searched for months before I made a decision because I am picky. I only use purses that can go dressy or casual when needed. This purse is awesome!
