These are way to small for the measurements stated, as there is no pleated bottom. Very tight can’t fit much in them. Also got ripped off on the return. Was charged more that what the item was worth. I do not recommend.These are slightly larger goodie bag than typical paper bags and are more of shiny bag. The bottom does not open up so the bags will have a hard time standing up. They are super cute faces on these bags. I got these for a boy scout goodie bag which will be good for a boy scout halloween party.This is a fun set of bags for Halloween. They are not that wide, so there is only but so much that can be put in them, but they are large enough to add candy and other small party favors and gifts. They are brightly colored and have cute pictures on them. They are made of a rather sturdy material. The handles are of perfect size to be held by little arms.These bags are wonderful! I love the variety of pictures on them. These are perfect for filling with goodies and handing out.
