These reusable snack bags are great. They have a lining that makes them the most leaf proof cloth bags I have tried. I wash them by hand but I don't see why you couldn't put them on the top rach of the dishwasher or in the washing machine. The zippers also work good.They are easy to clean and hold enough for my lunch. Not thrilled about the designs on them though. Maybe if I was in middle school I would, but I'm in my 50's lol.With school in we have been using tons of plastic bags. Got these for my son so got the basketball one. They are cute and colorful but work great for a preteen. They are well made. I was really surprised at how well they worked and even started using them for my lunch at work too. they wipe out easy or can be washed and dry quick. Since you can't see through them it is like a surprise when your kids open them up.I love to send my son with reusable bags to school for many reasons, among them is saving money (not having to keep buying bags that just get used once and thrown away), knowing how much he ate (he'll leave anything in it that he didn't want so I can see if he needs more grains or veggies for an after school snack or dinner), and because it gives him something fun to see in his lunch box (bright colors or fun themes gives him sparks of joy)! These are the best I've ever had! They are very well made with thick fabric and a waterproof interior!Always felt guilty using so many plastic bags all of the time so I got these. While these are dishwasher safe, I think my dishwasher is a bit too hot and they are a little out of shape out of multiple washings. I'd hand wash these.
