So far, this Vera Bradley purse seems to be an excellent purchase. I love that it can be washed but haven't needed to since I just bought it. Looks very well made and it's so comfortable wearing the shoulder strap.Nice adjustable strapThe color is awesome and the purse is so roomyI really liked the look of this bag and the compartments but the strap was just too short and hit me more at my waist. I prefer for my cross body bags to hit at my hip so they are out of the wayComfortable purse with easy accessBeautiful xxxxFirst problem with this bag and the main reason for returning, is the strap is way too short for crossbody use. I'm 5'4" and it hit right above my waist when testing crossbody strap. Second, the gray color is dull, boring and not attractive. Third is the material. Now typically, I stick with the performance twill but figured I'd give this cotton a try. It's puffy in a way, doesn't feel good and just didn't sell me. I do like and appreciate the front pockets. Size was probably doable although I think a little larger in width would be better.Well designed and constructed with sturdy materials. I like the crossbody style and the pockets can hold your phone - there is also another deep pocket on the front of the bag and the bag itself is deep and roomy. I also appreciate how environmentally conscious this brand has become and the fun colors, but you can never go wrong with black!
