It is a handsome little bag. Good looking, casual, strong, sturdy, and very cute convas bag! It is a tab smaller than I expected but perfect for doing a little shopping or carry on small essential items bag around town. I took it traveling to the Orient. It did the job nicely. I could conveniently use it as a cross body or hand carry bag. Highly recommend it!Update August 28, 2020:I decided to take a chance and reach out to the company about the crossbody strap breaking and they were exceedingly helpful. Apparently their bags have a 1 year warranty and they sent me replacement strap within a few days. Like I said when I first reviewed the bag it’s a perfect little tote and the customer service is well worth it.______________________________________________Update May 28, 2020:The crossbody strap is not durable at all. I don’t even come close to overloading the bag and the clasp snapped in the middle of the store. I also don’t use it often enough for it to be wear and tear.————————————————————Just on my first impression it’s the perfect small tote for me. I can fit a 22oz water bottle along with my clutch that I transfer from bag to bag that has my essentials and my kindle. The canvas is sturdy without being stiff and the leather accents feel soft and the crossbody strap is perfect especially nice when you have a large chest. The bag does have a flat bottom but it doesn’t stand on it’s own unless there is stuff inside. I might scotch guard to protect from stains and water.I hate carrying a purse, so I don't. I use a crossbody cellphone holder that carries everything I need. But when I'm working I need something in which I can carry my lunch, my tablet, etc... I had what I thought was a leather bag with long straps for several years and finally the straps gave out. I agonized over replacing it. This one looked perfect and then I wondered which size to get. So I settled on the smaller version and it is absolutely PERFECT in every way - down to the pockets inside and the extra shoulder strap. The only thing I would change about it would be to add some grommets to the bottom so that when it's sitting flat it's not sitting directly on the canvas. Other than that, I LOVE this bag!Good product. Color was a little off. Is not gray but purple. Oh wel.Nice color too.I love this tote. Size/style works great as a utility tote or as a handbag.MEH: the “gray” is actually sort of dusty purple, and in that way is less neutral than I had hoped. Still attractive but would have preferred true neutral gray.Other reviewers were right. The canvas is really good quality in the bag. The shoulder strap is really good quality as well. Not so sure about the leather parts though . Would have been pleased if the shoulder strap was attached directly to the bag. Canvas is good. Strap is good quality. The bag looks really nice to. I only gave 4 stars because I don't know how well it will hold up with time. For the price really good buy. Am pleased so far.
