use it daily. love the long, adjustable crossbody strap. right amount of pockets. front pocket holds phone at my fingertips. I use all the features, including the pen loop because they are all functional, which is an unusual find for me. zipper toggle shape have a nice feel in your hand, are weighty enough to handle the constant zipping, and the logos are not obnoxious. the material wears well and seems easy to wipe with a damp cloth. the strap is similar to a safety-belt, smooth & soft yet durable.I only carry essentials, but even with just the bare minimum of items, the strap can feel a little heavy on my neck. my only wish would be in the design...take an inch off the bag length and add it to the width. otherwise a perfect crossbody bag.
