The product arrived without any physical damage or cosmetic imperfections.I only had experience with some manufacturer unknown messenger bags, which, to be fair, were quite good too. This bag on the other had is something else and in a good way. It has its own style, moderate size for travel light and it has a freaking shell against potential damage of items inside the bag.About the comfort part, the shoulder strap is good. The only issue I have with it is that whenever I want to take out anything from the bag without taking it off, the plastic part, which closes the upper hidden pocket, scratches/cuts either my neck or shoulder.This may be a potential loss of an item, but the pocket, which is behind the back of the bag should not have edges with holes in them. If you put something small inside it, it will definitely go from one of the holes and drop somewhere. Also, the size is a bit small for a average size wallet. After putting the wallet inside the pocket, the magnetic lock can't even be closed.
