Great price! Great tea.has a good flavor. I did use honey to sweeten it. However I experienced very bad cramping a few hours each time I used the tea. Cramping was so unbearable I stopped drinking it and i have not used the tea more than 3 times. So this purchase was a waste of money for me.I take two bags at a time into a 16 oz water bottle and by the end of my workday I'm pretty much cleaned out. There is a little discomfort that comes along with it but it passes.I bought this product thinking it was Ginseng Tea. Yet when I get the box it just says “Ginseng Flavored” and comes with several warnings about bowel movements. Ok so I had a date, and wanted to bring all I could into the bedroom. About 3 hours before my date and dinner I drank one cup of this tea. While at dinner I felt this overwhelming urge to pass gas. Big mistake!!! It’s not just gas from this tea, it’s pure diarrhea. I pooped for 2 days from one cup.Moral of the story is you may think this will have the ginseng effect, but instead uncontrollable diarrhea. Do not use this before a date, especially a night out.The product works well. I experienced light cramping. I was never in a situation where I was running to the restroom. Very easy situation (if you know what I mean).This product had me running hard to the bathroom...Warning please take on your day of Haha..I suffer from IBSC and the tea helps keeping me regular and with the benefits weight loss! Great flavor with an even better price!!it didnt make me have to use the bathroom. it wasnt a natural laxative for me. its good tea tho
