I have a severely allergic son and have the need to carry around an epi-pen at all times. I was in need of a "man bag" so to speak. Just needed the extra space to carry around my wallet, keys, cell phone and the epi-pen. Didn't really want people to ask me "is that a banana in your pocket or are you glad to see me?"Anyway this is a great bag. Perfect size for my needs and I was able to do away with the wallet because this has compartments for credit cards and ID. It will also hold a Kindle 3 + case perfectly as you can see in the images I added.One thing that I was unable to find out via the web before I purchased was the width of the bag. The internal dimensions are roughly 5 1/2" L x 1 1/2" W x 8 1/4" D. Now there is a lot of flexibility with these dimensions since it is a canvas bag. There isn't much structure so it will form to whatever you need to put in it. I prefer a bag with more structure so I went ahead and created an internal "skeleton" to keep its shape. Not necessary but I like it better with the rigid rectangular form.A few things to note for anyone interested in this bag. The default image of the bag is deceiving. The credit card section on the front panel does not keep the cards at those levels. All of the pockets go all the way down to the bottom and are essentially even with the id window. They will not look all neat and staggered like the image and actually make retrieving the cards from the back pockets quite difficult. Nice thing about it is that no one will know you have any other cards in the bag from just looking at it.Craftsmanship is a little bit questionable but overall everything still functions perfectly. You'll notice on one of my photos that the top clip isn't at all centered on the top cover panel. Kind of annoying but it still holds the flap shut so I guess I can't really complain too much.Great size. Many compartments for organization (perhaps too many). Decent quality construction. Overall this is a great bag for a very reasonable price.
