This bag is well made. The nylon is lighter weight. Has reinforced seems. Meant to be worn on your back, so it has a small zipper pocket that rests against your back for safe keeping items. The bag can be turned inside it's own pocket for storage (shown in photo) which is a zippered pocket inside when opened to use. The strap is slightly padded for comfort, yet very light weight. Has a loop for your sunglasses and a mesh pocket for your phone, all on the strap that sits in the front of you. There's also a larger mesh pocket on the side of the bag for you water bottle. The strap has 2 quick connect buckles, one on the shoulder strap and the other on the strap that goes around your waist to keep it from falling around while hiking. Really a great little bag and at this price, fantastic. I ordered the purple and it's closer to a fuchsia. Still a pretty color purple. My photo makes it look more purple than it does in person.
