i got the 6.5 inch tall for my 6 inch tall stickers i sell. WELL thats the measurement from the top to bottom, not where u seal. so i cant use these because i cant close them.This Mylar bath is not good for long term food storage due to the clear front side. I love these to give to friends with candy, fruit or other freeze dried product to consume in the near futureThe price was great & the bags were made well! The silver back matched my daughter’s wedding colors. I was very pleased .I like these bags a lot for what im using them for, but I have issues with my order. You can rip the top off, but if you want the easy access, you need to cut the top.The issue with my order that I had was that I ordered (3) 4.5 x 6.5 bags, and the company sent me (1) of that size and (2) 4 x 6 packages. You've got to pay attention to what customers order and pay for.Purchased for candy, happy with size and qualityi wish these bags had a way to stand them up with a sturdy bottm like others do. laying the snack bag down dumps whatever product thats in there so youre forced to hold itAfter I Freeze dried candy I put them in these small mylar bags I love the fact that you can see in the bag and you can write on them and if needed you can seal the top for salesThese bags heat seal nicely and the clear plastic is truly clear. They are a good weight for short-term storage, but I would hesitate to use them for long-term storage because plastic tends to allow gas diffusion over time. They are great for packing up dried fruits and nuts for quick grab and go snacks and for using in recipes. They easily hold 1/2 cup of dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries, apricots, or freeze dried peaches, as the picture shows. They are easy to open and the zip seals firmly. There is adequate room for heat sealing at the top of the bag above the zip seal. I believe you could cut the seal and still be able to reuse the bag as a zip-lock. A good value for a decent product.
